		<description><![CDATA[I absolutely agree there is a need for law school training to be more practical. Space could be made for much more pragmatic training by being more focussed around the theory: I bet most attorneys never use 80% of the black letter law they use, and of the 20% they do use, it will all be refreshed, updated and trained better once they start practice.

		<description><![CDATA[Northeastern School of Law was way ahead of the curve on these issues when it was first established in 1974 by a group of Harvard Law graduates who thought legal education was thoroughly lacking practical experience.  By the time I graduated after 3 years of law school, I had served in four full-time, semester-long legal postions in a variety of settings. I am glad to see the rest of legal academia is starting to see the light.
