Collaboration among clinical faculty at several schools; collaboration between higher education professors and law professors; and internally the support of over 25 of our Albany Law faculty who teach throughout the curriculum. Roy Stuckey used the metaphor of Dickens '"A Christmas Carol" to discuss the past, present and "yet to come" of legal education. He also analyzed the newest version of the proposed changes to ABA accreditation standards on Student Learning Outcomes drafted for the January 8-9, 2010 AALS meeting.
